Operations Management

About the Position

Meridian’s Operations Management role involves both process management and project management as well as quality assurance. The position facilitates operations across multiple domains and functions, using coaching and technical skill sets to optimize multi-step processes for the organization.

- Experienced with a variety of cloud-based platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and coach teams (remote team management is a plus)
